Cost

The cost of our consulting will depend on the scope of the agreed upon project. We have come up with several “packages” for different size congregations. We will establish a set fee and timetable (with deadlines) up front. This makes the project predictable from a time and cost perspective.


How Does This Work?

In general, we use a five-step process to address policy areas:     

    1. You complete a questionnaire for the policy area you are working on and return to us. 
    2. We then conduct an interview with you, reviewing your questionnaire and current policies, and flushing out key operational risk and legal issues that will influence our drafting.
    3. We draft your policies and key forms.
    4. You review and provide input.
    5. We finalize the documents based on your input.
