Will RiskManager.net work with the browser I use?
RiskManager.net was originally designed to work with MS Internet Explorer. The current release also supports Mozilla Firefox. Some features, especially the HTML editor, work a bit differently in each browser.

While it has not been tested with other browsers, we expect that RiskManager.net will work. If you have problems with other browsers, such as Safari or Google Chrome, please let us know.


How much storage space do I get? How much does additional space cost?
Your base subscription to RiskManager.net includes 100 MB of storage space. Unless you add a lot of very big documents as attachments, this should be enough to meet your needs for years. When you do need more, you can add space in 100 MB blocks, for $25 per block per year.


Are my data secure?
Yes. We use a top-tier data-management and hosting service for RiskManager.net. Their services include regular back-ups, environmental controls, and server redundancy to avoid data loss.


How do I get help?
There are two main ways to get help. First, there is the support tab at www.RiskManager.net. Here you will find video tutorials that walk you through different tasks in RiskManager.net. You will also find FAQs, real questions from real people–with answers! The support tab is also accessible from within the RiskManager.net system by clicking on the Help Center link in the upper right corner.

If your question isn’t answered by either the tutorials or FAQs, you can call Customer Support at (800) 649-1343, extension 84, or use our Contact Us form. We will definitely respond within two business days, but usually much sooner.
