Can I add my organization’s own training to the Training tab?
Yes, but not on your own. Currently, you have to send us your training in whatever format you have, and we will add it to your organization’s Training tab. We plan to add the capability for you to add your own trainings.

For us to add your training, we need some information in addition to the training itself. We provide a template that covers the information. To download the template as a pdf or a WORD document, click on the appropriate link.

Why don’t I see all the same courses that Joe sees?
Training courses in RiskManager.net are assigned to Roles. You see only the courses that have been assigned to a role you have. Joe probably has more or different roles than you do, so he sees different courses.


Can we track who has taken a course?
Absolutely! The TrainingTrack feature in RiskManager.net allows you to assign a “Complete By” date to any course. You can also set the frequency with which the system sends out reminder emails to those who haven’t yet taken the course.

When users complete the course, they click a red “I’m Done!” button, confirming that they have taken the course and understand its content. At any time, any user with Dashboard rights can see who has and who hasn’t completed a course. You can also print out reports showing this information–handy for audits.
