Can I pay by check?
Yes. We will send you an invoice when your subscription is up for renewal. You can pay by check or credit card.


Can I add users in the middle of my subscription term?
Sure, you can users at any time. If you add users in the middle of your subscription term, we will prorate the charge per user until the end of your term.


Does every person have to have a user license, or can we share?
RiskManager.net tracks training and policy-read completion by user name. So, each person should have a separate log-in. In this way you can keep track of who has completed the assigned training–and who might need a gentle reminder.


Are user licenses a one-time fee?
User licenses are renewed annually, along with your base subscription.


How do I change my subscription from monthly to annual?
Just let us know. You can call Customer Support at (800) 649-1343, extension 84. Or you can use our Contact Us form. We will start your annual subscription as of your next monthly renewal date.
